So without further ado, I present to you my top healthy weight loss tips;
- Healthy weight loss isnt instant
Thats right. You may have seen adverts for products that will make you drop a dress size in 4 hours, a day, even a week, but it is all lies. They are cleverly worded adverts so they can get around the censors. While there are some good products around there are some very very bad ones too.
- You will need to get some exercise
Yep - you heard me right. You will find it hard to lose weight healthily without doing some form of exercise too. While it is possible not to lift a finger and still lose weight, you are better off getting some form of exercise in where you can. You dont have to spend hundreds on fancy gym memberships just do something - anything - that gets you active. If your stuck for ideas, rally your friends up and find something to do together. Tennis, swimming, squash, badminton - im sure you can find something.
- Watch your portion sizes
You will have to watch what you eat to some extent, but even more important is to watch how much you put on your plate! far too many people overfill their plates, and of course we arent satisfied until the plate is clear. Put less on, and you will still feel the same. Even better, fill up a smaller plate to make it look like more. Healthy weight loss through smaller portions - its that easy.
