You will find it hard to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:large;"&gt;lose weight healthily&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:large;"&gt; without doing some form of exercise too. While it is possible not to lift a finger and still lose weight, you are better off getting some form of exercise in where you can. You dont have to spend hundreds on fancy gym memberships just do something - anything - that gets you active. If your stuck for ideas, rally your friends up and find something to do together. Tennis, swimming, squash, badminton - im sure you can find something.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:large;"&gt;Watch your portion sizes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:large;"&gt;You will have to watch what you eat to some extent, but even more important is to watch how much you put on your plate! far too many people overfill their plates, and of course we arent satisfied until the plate is clear. Put less on, and you will still feel the same.
